Global Entry Doors (GED) offers a two year warranty on all doors against manufacturing defects in material and workmanship from the date of shipment. Should any door fail due to manufacturing defects, GED will, at its discretion, either (1) repair the door without charge, (2) ship replacement product of the same item as originally supplied, or (3) refund the original purchase price if the door is deemed non-repairable. GED will not be responsible for any labor charges associated with repair work. GED will not be responsible for damages caused by abuse, fire, war, extreme weather, or acts of God. The installed doors must have a minimum of four foot overhang and be completely protected from rain for the doors to be warranted. Doors that receive extreme sun exposure will require periodic refinishing and will be the responsibility of the buyer. The doors will perform best with a four foot overhang or some other type of shading.
All items are shipped with insurance to you, and in the best possible packaging to ensure that you'll receive your purchase in showroom condition. Upon receipt, please inspect your doors closely. If you receive a damaged item, you will receive a replacement, a discount, or refund as quickly as possible. If there is minor damage to the packaging, please indicate on the shipping paperwork as such when you sign for the shipment. Also, you must notify GED in writing by e-mail and include photos of any damages to the product or packaging within two days of receipt. If GED is not notified within two days, we’ll assume the doors are correct and you will not be able to make a claim at a later date. GED will not be responsible for damages during the unloading of the crate and during the door installation.
Return Policy/Cancelling an Order
We take great pride in our assurance of 100% customer satisfaction. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, we've outlined the following guidelines to help make your return a smooth and seamless experience:
Stock Global Entry Door Products: You may return your unused item in its original condition and packaging within 7 days of receipt. Unless you were shipped the wrong doors, you will be responsible for all return shipping costs. Full refunds will not be issued for items damaged in return shipping or returns that are never received by GED, so we highly recommend that you insure all return shipments and provide GED with the shipment tracking number.
Custom Entry Doors: Custom door orders cannot be cancelled once you have given GED a deposit. If you no longer want to proceed with your custom order, you will forfeit your deposit. If you have received your custom door order and the product is damaged or made incorrectly, GED will replace incorrect or damaged doors at their expense. If you return the custom doors to GED, you will be responsible for all shipping costs and will still forfeit your deposit as liquidated damages.
SECTION 1 - WHAT DO WE DO WITH YOUR INFORMATION?
Services powering globalentrydoors.com (see Section 4 below) may save personal information you provide during your visit to globalentrydoors.com, such as your name, e-mail address, billing address, delivery address, telephone number, product selections, credit card or other payment information and a password. When you browse on globalentrydoors.com, the Squarespace service also automatically receives your computer’s internet protocol (IP) address, browser name and version, and date and time of your visit. This information is used to improve your experience on globalentrydoors.com, for example to make sure content is displayed in a way that it looks best on your browser.
Email marketing (if applicable): If you opt in to our newsletter during checkout or complete the "Send us an Email" form on our Contact page, we may send you emails about our store, such as new products and other updates.

If you choose a direct payment gateway to complete your purchase, then Stripe stores your credit card data. It is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS).
All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.
